美國職籃（NBA）布魯克林籃網的林書豪十一月初大腿拉傷，直到日前才復出。他今天表示，剛受傷時滿生氣的，因為他感覺球隊正要開始找到方法，讓彼此配合得更好。
林書豪是在台北時間十一月三日面對底特律活塞隊時大腿拉傷，直到十二月十三日歸隊出賽。
他透過臉書粉絲團表示，到新的球隊、有新的教練與隊職員、新的醫療訓練團隊、還有很多新球員，往往也代表需要一段成長的陣痛期。林書豪感覺，在他受傷之前，球隊正要開始找到對的隊型打法、球隊特色，以及發揮每個球員最大的能力。
「所以當我一受傷，我真的滿火大的。」林書豪說，受傷的前幾周，專注於記錄進攻數據，他想知道哪個打法最有效、誰跟誰配最好。
林書豪覺得，這個受傷是讓他用不同的方式，來為隊友付出和服務，用更謙卑的方式在場邊幫助隊友，「對我來說這其實是很困難的，因為我的內心是如火燒一般的想上場，很多時候我感受到自己的灰心、洩氣與挫敗。」
